In speech of the head of department of medicolegal molecular genetic scientific and expert researches RCSME, professor P.L.Ivanov comparison of serological and molecular genetic methods regarding their importance in doubtful paternity examinations is spent. It is noticed, that traditional serological methods at the best allow to exclude paternity concerning the concrete child and never can confirm paternity of the respondent (claimant). It is bound to a number of objective causes, in particular that fenotypical signs are not 100 % reflexion of a genotype of the person and their inheritance not always accurately correlates with genotype inheritance. The acting has convincingly proved advantages of the gene analysis in the given examinations and in the conclusion has been made, that  moleclar genetic and biological expert researches have different methodical and organizational bases, different licence demands are applied to them, different kinds of the reporting are provided and, considering the specified circumstances, has considered possible not to recommend carrying out of moleclar genetic researches in judicial-biological units of BSME, and to organise, there where it is necessary, independent departments.

The main medicolegal expert of the Ministry of Defence of Russia professor V.V.Kolkutin in his speech has characterised features of carrying out of forensic pathology in cases of causing self-damages and artificial illnesses. Performance was accompanied by informative presentation in which schemes of actions of organs of inquiry and commissions of experts have been presented at investigation of listed cases at military.

On an establishment of state of drunkenness in the Nizhniy Novgorod regional bureau chief of BSME, the proffesor of chair of forensic medicine NGMA N.S.Edelev has shared experience of carrying out commission examinations. He informed, that commission examinations on an establishment of drunken state by definitions of vessels in the Nizhniy Novgorod area are carried out in a department of difficult examinations. For this purpose in department states the expert in narcology and  the neurologist doctor-expert have been  accepted additionaly. From 2004 to 2006 in the Nizhniy Novgorod bureau such 413 examinations were executed , and for same time they made 122,297examinations of drivers by narcological service. Thus, the number of examinations of state of drunkenness in relation to examinations has constituted 0,3 %. From 413 examinations in 374 primary conclusions have been changed.
