In the speech of the professor of chair of criminology and the organisation of preventive maintenance of crime APU FSIN, I.B.Bojko the legal and legal estimation of actions of the medicolegal expert in cases of definition of degree of the harm caused to health of the person is given. The legal incompetence of application both Rules of 1978, and Rules of 1996 is shown now. It is noticed, that definition of severity level of harm to health is a legal question (judicial), instead of medical.
Message of chief BSME of the Tyumen area managing chair of forensic medicine ÒÃÌÀ, senior lecturer O.M.Zoroastrov has been dealing with an establishment of gravity of the harm caused to health of the person, at development of consequences owing to influence of "casual circumstances". As an example the case from practice was brought when at the victim after a trauma of integuments of a head the pyesis has developed, an osteomyelitis of a parietal bone, an intracranial abscess which has resulted in death. In similar cases the lecturer recommends to state a complex estimation of physical injuries and developed consequences and to specify circumstances promoting it's progress.
The head of examination department of sustained, convicted and other persons BSME of the Yaroslavl area N.V.Malahov, has suggested to use for an expert estimation of easy forms of a craniocerebral trauma abilities of computer cardiointervalography. The description of research at 78 patients in 3 clinical groups with various forms of craniocerebral trauma is resulted. The received results help to spend differentiation of some forms of craniocerebral traumas.
In the message of chief BSME of Republic Komi of E.S.Naumov the economic-legal substantiation of necessity of rendering of paid medical services in a department of examination of sustained, convicted and other persons is brought. Shares of expenses are shown at rendering of paid services in a department of examination of live persons, profitability of the given kind of works. Indicators of an overall performance of regional units BSME are presented at performance of paid services.
